But what do you do after the disaster strikes? How do you get your business up and running again? Here are a few things that may help.

Communicate with your employees. Sometimes this may be difficult, but make sure you have a few different ways you can communicate with your team. Whether that’s by phone, email text or messaging apps. Make sure you have emergency contacts for your employees as well because you may have to contact them if you can’t get ahold of your employees.
